There is a population on the island that live here and are citizens of other countries, mostly The Common Wealth Countries and the United States. The "expats" like to bring some of their favorite activities here. This is the horse racing track at Indian Castle that the English Expats set up. Just a couple of races per year, the brush is cleared away.
